Our customers can rely on our technicians availability 24 hours a day and 7 days a week everywhere in Belgium. Our well-equipped vehicles provide our technicians with the required autonomy at any time of the day (or night). Our emergency cooling units will also help you out as long as necessary and, if requested, we can also take care of the remote monitoring of your refrigeration equipments.

It may occur that an answering machine takes your call. In that case, distinctively pronounce you name, address, phone number and the nature of your emergency. Indeed, if necessary, the technician has to be able to get back to you as soon as possible for urgent situations.
